Returning from my travels, I hope I can find time to fill in the details! but not right now!!!
The Low ( meaning geographical, not mood) was going to Coventry and was a very positive experience.
The middle was going to my parents caravan at Colintraive, very different from the weekend, lots of walks and even a swim in sea...brrrrr
The high was going as far North as you can without falling into the water at Cape Wrath, some forced paddling when the sea cut off our return trip along the coast, more soon....
